Mr. Annis serves as Flex Health’s Community Outreach Coordinator, where he leads local engagement efforts to grow awareness, build partnerships, and support membership growth across the communities we serve. With a strong focus on relationship-building and strategic outreach, Justin works closely with other clinics, providers, and organizations to create meaningful connections that expand Flex Health’s impact.

From representing Flex Health at community events to coordinating local marketing initiatives and developing referral networks, Justin is passionate about making healthcare more accessible, visible, and community-driven.
